  • Avoid anything that could stain white clothes:

  • Tea, coffee, red wine

  • Curry, soy sauce, berries

  • Smoking or coloured toothpaste

🧊 Sensitivity?

It’s common and temporary. Use sensitive toothpaste and avoid extreme hot or cold drinks for a few days.

✅ To Maintain Results:

  • Avoid smoking

  • Use a straw for dark liquids

  • Brush twice a day with a whitening-friendly toothpaste

  • Schedule top-ups every 6–12 months (ask us if unsure)
